Emily Hale joined the Potomac Advocates with over 18 years of experience in the intelligence and national security community. She has demonstrated success supporting small and large businesses, national agencies, and non-profits achieve success with both legislative and executive branch goals.
Before joining The Potomac Advocates, Emily co-founded 377 Omega, Inc., a consulting services company supporting national security, space, and intelligence community programs. While there she held various leadership positions, including Vice President and President and was responsible for all facets of running the company, managing contracts, and ensuring client requirements were met.
Prior to her leadership role, Emily started her career as a researcher at Jacques and Associates in Washington, DC, where she provided analysis to support strategic and technical support for industry clients. She also held a position at the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation.
Emily holds dual degrees in Intelligence Research & Analysis and Political Science from Fairmont State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2006.
