Kristina Belcourt is owner and President of KB Consulting, Inc, and Principal at Potomac Capitol Associates and PRASAM, LLC. She started in these positions on November 1st, 2019. Kristina is also the Chief of Wing Weapons and Tactics in the 192d Wing, Virginia Air National Guard, and has served in that capacity since September 30th, 2019.
Prior to forming KB Consulting, Inc. and joining PRASAM and Potomac Capitol Associates, Kristina was assigned to the Pentagon, in the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force for Legislative Liaison for weapons systems, where she was Chief of Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence Programs. She provided representation for the Secretary of the Air Force on Space, Intelligence, and Command and Control issues with the United States Congress, in a portfolio that exceeded $2B. She was also the Air Force’s primary liaison to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees on all matters.
Kristina served a distinguished career in the active duty United States Air Force and transitioned to the National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel. A career Intelligence Weapons Officer, she served in a variety of operational positions to include Chief of Intelligence at the 21st Space Wing in Colorado Springs, the premier space object tracking and space control wing. In her career, she has also held leadership and management positions in a variety of missions across the Air Force to include special operations, fighters, bombers, mobility, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. Kristina also ran intelligence unit support for all flying wings in the Pacific theater during the DoD’s major shift in focus to the Pacific. Her operational assignments included bases in Texas, Colorado, Idaho, Hawaii, New Mexico, and Washington, DC, as well as four combat deployments to Iraq and the Persian Gulf.
Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in American History from the United States Air Force Academy. She also holds a Master of Arts in Military History from Norwich University and a Master of Science in Science and Technology Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.
